“The Human Rights and Protection unit” monitors the protection of refugee rights, facilitates the provision of basic services to vulnerable groups and promotes good practices and human rights-based policies in managing the refugee crisis.

We are part of the Advisory Council to the ombudsperson for the Prevention of Violations of Refugee Rights and we participate in its activities.

We aim to develop information campaigns on the rights of refugees to facilitate their integration into Moldovan society.

In terms of internal policies, we are responsible for developing, updating and implementing the relevant Code of Ethics of the initiative and for training its members. At the same time, we are in the process of developing a mechanism for reporting complaints and forming an Ethics Commission.
